How to use:
RUNNER : Hold the handle firmly and place both feet on the pedals. Keep your back straight. Move your feet back and forth.
TWISTER : Grasp the handles with your hands, place both feet on the footrests, and move your hips evenly from right to left and back.
Pendulum : Hold the handles firmly and place both feet on the legs. Move your legs to the right and left in a pendulum motion.
