Outdoor exercise equipment - Single bench - outdoor gym

OUTDOOR SPORTS HALL FROM STARMAX – A POLISH MANUFACTURER

The device is intended for outdoor recreational exercise for youth, adults and those over 140 cm tall.

Training effect : an entertainment and sports device for effective training. The exercises performed on the device help strengthen the abdominal muscles. When bending straight, the rectus abdominis muscles work. When twisting the torso, we stimulate the oblique muscles. The exercises are perfect for improving the figure.

How to use: Lie face up on a bench. Bend your knees and place your feet on the lower bar. Place your hands under your head. Raise your torso in this order: head first, then shoulders and the rest of your body. Just a few centimeters above the surface of the bench is enough. Make smooth movements.

Device category: muscle building.

Exercise difficulty: easy.

Our offered devices are robust, reliable, resistant to damage and work perfectly in our weather conditions. They are perfectly suited for the development of public spaces, including: parks, schools, kindergartens, sports fields, beaches and residential areas.
