Return of goods

1. Return of quality goods , in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of the Retail Trade Rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves.
In the event that the Buyer concludes a purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) using only means of communication and therefore cannot exercise the right established by law to inspect the goods and assess the nature of the services provided before concluding the purchase and sale agreement, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer has purchased several goods under one Agreement, he has the right to completely withdraw from all the goods purchased under one Agreement or only some of the goods purchased under one Agreement. The specified 14 (fourteen) day period for submitting a written request begins to be calculated from the date of transfer of the goods(s) to the Buyer or his authorized representative and is not extended or in any way linked to the transfer or return of the goods to the Seller or another person for reasons beyond the Seller's control. Purchased quality goods can be returned within 14 days if:
- the returned item is in its original, neat packaging;
- the item is unused and undamaged;
- the product has not lost its commercial appearance (labels are not damaged, protective films are not torn, etc.);
- the returned item is complete with all manufacturer's documentation;
- when returning the product, the purchase document and warranty card (if issued) must be provided.
Quality goods cannot be returned if they are:
- audio-visual works and phonograms on any video or audio media, computer programs, if the packaging protection is damaged;
- newspapers, magazines or other periodicals;
- goods that were manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously customized for him, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer after their delivery due to loss (loss) of commercial properties, are perishable or their expiration date is expiring;
- in other cases where the purchase and sale agreement cannot be withdrawn under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Please deliver the returned item to the nearest Euroatlet store. When returning quality goods, the buyer is responsible for:
- packaging of goods;
- delivery of goods to the nearest Euroathlete store (except in cases where the wrong product was received).
We may refuse to accept the return of the product if changes have been made to the appearance of the product or packaging that were not necessary to inspect the product, including damaged labels, torn protective films, and damage to transparent packaging that would not prevent the exercise of the right to inspect the product.
If the packaging damage to the product causes the product to be unable to be sold later at the same price, without violating the rights of another Buyer of this product to purchase a new and unused product, such products may only be returned by our mutual agreement (e.g. if you agree to compensate for the difference in depreciation of the product).
When returning an item purchased in the e-store, we will ask you to submit a free-form written request, indicating detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, delivery date. The request must include the invoice for the refund.
We undertake to refund the money you paid for the goods, but not the delivery costs, within 14 days, which does not include the time during which the authorized service center confirms that the goods are in proper condition, i.e. no damage, defects, parts not changed, the serial number of the purchased and returned goods matches, etc.).
If you were given an additional discount on your order at the time of purchase, and you returned only part of the items purchased in one order, we may deduct the discount amount from the refund amount.
2. Return of goods in case of purchase of goods of inappropriate quality and in other cases, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of the rules of retail trade and the rules of retail trade themselves.
In the event that the reason for returning the product is the purchase of an unsuitable quality product, we undertake to replace the unsuitable quality product with a suitable quality product at our own expense or to refund the money paid for the product when the authorized service confirms that the product is of unsuitable quality due to the manufacturer's fault, i.e. there are no identified defects, damages caused by improper use by the buyer, unchanged parts, the serial number of the purchased and returned product matches, etc.
