Crossbars

Crossbars are a familiar piece of sports equipment for almost everyone. Even if you have not had the opportunity to use this device in a sports club, there are plenty of examples in outdoor spaces. It is not uncommon for more remote yards or forests to have playgrounds where enthusiasts install crossbars themselves, on their own. Of course, the latter are not as functional and high-quality as those purchased in a sporting goods store from a reliable manufacturer, but in most cases they perform their function perfectly. Crossbars have been a very popular and practical tool for some time now, because they train the arms, shoulder area, and back; correctly performed exercises help maintain proper posture and avoid back pain. Even hanging on a crossbar is effective, during which the back muscles and spine are stretched and the vertebrae are relaxed. Which area of the muscles receives the most stress depends on how the hands are held on the crossbar. For example, if the palms are turned forward (normal grip), the largest part of the load falls on the upper and lateral muscles of the back, if, on the contrary, the palms are turned back, then the trapezius, rhomboid and pectoral muscles are trained the most. Crossbars are a universal tool, because quite simply, by simply changing the position of the hands, you can change the muscle groups being trained. It is important to remember that in any case, the muscles are under a great load, so it is important to perform warm-up and stretching exercises before and after training.
