Outdoor exercise equipment
Outdoor exercise machines manufactured by UAB “ Euroatletas ”
Structural description
1. Outdoor exercise equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards LST EN-16630:2015
2. UAB “Euratletas” has implemented an ISO – 9001 production quality management system
3. The maximum load per workstation of the exercise machine is 150 kg.
4. Manufactured outdoor exercise machines do not use additional weights to create the load. 2 methods are used to create the load:
a) User weight is created using the law of leverage
b) Created with the help of a special axle module that creates resistance to rotation
5. The main structural element (column) is made of 167mm diameter and 5mm wall thickness steel structural tube. The trainer mounting pad is 250 x 250mm in size and 10mm thick, plasma cut, with 4 mounting holes for attachment to the concreted insert. The trainer is attached with 4 M18 nuts.
6. Stabilizing or other fixed welded parts of the exercise equipment are made of a 60.3mm diameter, 3mm wall thickness pipe
7. Moving or force (load) transmitting parts are made of 60.3mm diameter, 3mm wall thickness structural tube
8. Handles and grip parts are made of structural tubing with a diameter of 33.7mm and a wall thickness of 2.9mm.
9. The ends of all handles are equipped with welded 40mm diameter metal spheres to protect the user from injury and for ergonomic use.
10. All handles and parts intended for gripping or holding are covered with a special non-slip thermoplastic material
11. Structures are MIG welded
12. Seats, backs and other supports are made of polyurethane (PE), with a yacht plywood base and are resistant to any atmospheric effects.
13. All bearing seats are precision machined on computerized machines
14. All moving parts axes are made of 30mm diameter calibrated steel, galvanized with a layer of zinc and covered with 1mm thick stainless steel armor. This eliminates any possibility of corrosion in the axes.
15. Each bearing has 2 stainless, moisture, dust, water and other adverse conditions resistant sliding bearings, which do not fail or break during operation. In this way, all axle assemblies are protected from the possibility of corrosion.
16. All moving parts of the exercise bike have end-of-motion limits to prevent misuse, damage to the exercise bike, or injury to the user.
17. The parts of the exercise machines intended for standing or footrests (pedals) are additionally covered with a 3mm thick profiled aluminum plate, cut by laser.
18. All metal parts of the exercise machine can be:
a) coated with zinc primer and powder coated
b) hot-dip galvanized and powder coated
19. Stainless steel M12 bolts are used to assemble the trainers into a homogeneous system
20. The sole of the exercise machine attached to the foundation is covered with a protective cover made of fiberglass.
