Triceps trainer RT23-3

The trainer consists of 3 parts arranged around a central column every 120 degrees:

1. 1. Vertical pull, works on the principle of leverage, the load is related to body weight.
2. 2. Parallel bars – for abdominal training
3. 3. Leg extension machine.

The main structure is made of 167mm round tube with a 5mm wall thickness, and a 60.3mm diameter, 3mm wall thickness round structural tube is also used. The seats, backrests and armrests are made of 25mm thick weather-resistant yacht plywood, coated with a polyurethane (PE) protective layer. The handles are coated with a polymer layer, the ends are protected by 40mm diameter metal spheres to improve safety and comfort. The axles are galvanized with zinc, covered with a stainless steel sheath. The stainless plain bearings are resistant to moisture, temperature fluctuations and dust. The trainer is powder-coated, light silver RAL 9006. It is fixed with 4 M18 nuts to the base insert. The trainer is designed for three people to exercise at the same time.
