Only one person can train at a time
The structural column is made of a 167 mm diameter round tube with a 5 mm thick wall, and a 60.3 mm diameter, 3 mm thick round structural tube is also used. The working discs are made of 25 mm thick weather-resistant yacht plywood, coated with a polyurethane (PE) protective layer. The axles are galvanized with zinc, covered with a stainless steel sheath. The stainless plain bearings are resistant to moisture, temperature fluctuations and dust. The trainer is powder-coated, light silver RAL 9006. It is fixed with 4 M18 nuts to the foundation insert. The entire mounting flange is covered with a sturdy protective cover made of fiberglass.
