The structural column is made of a 167 mm diameter round tube with a 5 mm thick wall, and a 60.3 mm diameter, 3 mm thick round structural tube is also used. The seats, backs and other supports are made of polyurethane (PE), with a yacht plywood base and are resistant to any atmospheric effects. The handles are coated with a protective polymer. The axles are galvanized with zinc, covered with a stainless steel shell. The stainless sliding bearings are resistant to moisture, temperature fluctuations and dust. The support pedals have a 20 mm high anti-slip edge and holes for water drainage after rain, additionally covered with 3 mm thick profiled aluminum. The trainer is powder-coated, light silver color RAL 9006. It is fixed with 4 M18 nuts to the foundation insert. The entire mounting flange is covered with a sturdy fiberglass protective cover. The trainer is designed for two people to exercise at the same time.
