The Flaga set is a training set that combines crossfit and streetworkout. Various exercise elements will give a huge dose of adrenaline to demanding users. It can be expanded with additional equipment such as benches, low handrails and many others.

How to use: Slowly step onto the platform, hold onto the handrails and start exercising at any pace. The exercises can also be performed without holding onto the handrails.

In the basic version, the posts are hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated, the remaining elements – bars, ladder and bench – are hot-dip galvanized without painting.

• Steel posts: cross-section 88.9, wall thickness 3.6 mm, painted with a double layer of powder paint in any color from the RAL palette
• Other elements (rods, handrails, etc.): cross-section from 33.7 mm to 48.3 mm depending on rod length/wall thickness, similarly from 2.6 mm to 4 mm
• Columns: painted with a double layer of powder paint in any color from the RAL palette

• Exercise stations: devices are attached to poles using special 5 mm thick clamps, secured with M12 stainless steel screws
