How to use : Option 1: Place your hands on the supports, with your back to the device. Grab the handles. Thighs horizontal, calves vertical. Pull your legs towards your body and lower them. Option 2: Place your hands on the supports, with your back to the device. Bend and straighten your arms at the elbows - for advanced users.
