SITTING PRESS : Exercises primarily the upper muscle groups. It improves the development of the pectoral muscles, shoulder girdle and upper limbs. Regular exercise with a high number of repetitions can affect the growth of muscle mass.

UPPER LIFT : Exercises with this device strengthen the upper muscle groups, especially the forearms and latissimus dorsi. This affects the development of muscle mass.

How to use :

SEATED PRESS : Sit on the saddle. Lean back and grab both bars with your hands. Press the bars away from you and return to the starting position.

OVERHEAD PULLEY : Sit in a stable position (facing or with your back to the machine) and grasp the handles. Pull the handles toward your body and back until your elbows are almost straight. To vary the exercise, you can choose different body positions while holding the handles.
