How to use :

Option 1 : Pull-up bar: Grasp the handle and, avoiding a swinging motion, pull your body up to chest height. Then slowly lower.

Option 2 : Muscle stretching: Place your foot on a step at waist level. Bend your torso until it stops on the step, and your feet are on the ground.

Exercise difficulty: medium to hard.
