How to use :

TWISTER : Grasp the handle with your hands, place both feet on the feet, and move your hips evenly from right to left and back.

Pendulum : Hold the handles firmly and place both feet on the feet. Move your feet to the right and left in a pendulum motion. Exercise difficulty: easy.
