Sprint sled with pull strap, shoulder strap and quick release system. The sprint sled can be loaded with weights (hole diameter from 20 mm) and then pulled through the training area or hall using resistance. The weighted sled is pulled using the included shoulder strap. During training with the sprint sled, the athlete can pull the quick release rope to unhook from the sled and perform a free sprint without them.
