The professional BodyCraft CPS trainer offers a wide range of exercises. It works the most important muscle groups of the body, such as the legs, chest, back and shoulders. It has ball-bearing pulleys for a smooth force transmission, which can be set in 32 different positions and is fully rotatable, so you can exercise at any angle and at any height. It is easy to assemble and mount to the wall for greater stability, and its ultra-compact dimensions allow it to be placed even in small spaces. The 4:1 power ratio ensures a smooth and wider range of motion, making this machine ideal for speed training. The weight block is 90 kg, and the ratio of actual weight to final sensation is 4:1, which is 22.5 kg per arm. You can also connect both handles to double the resistance.
