General instructions for use. Before each use, check the band for damage and use only bands that are in good condition. Until you have mastered the exercises, start with the lowest resistance level bands and then move on to more difficult levels and/or do more repetitions. Perform all exercises smoothly and slowly, breathing slowly and regularly throughout the exercise. Stop exercising immediately if you feel any pain. If you have/have had any injuries, consult your doctor or therapist before starting to exercise.
