All rubber bands are equipped with steel carabiners, so it is recommended to purchase PTP rubber handles with them, which will allow you to perform a variety of exercises in several directions and with rubber bands of different resistance, as you can easily change them by attaching them to the carabiners at the ends of the rubber bands. It is also recommended to separately purchase a holder for rubber bands that can be attached behind the door, which will further facilitate and expand the possibilities of using the rubber bands. All rubber bands have a protective internal cord that prevents the rubber from stretching too much and cracking. These are some of the safest and most durable rubber bands you can find on the market.
Handles are not included . Can be purchased separately.
