Ingredients :
95% whey protein concentrate [whey protein concentrate (from milk); emulsifier (lecithins)]; acidity regulator (citric acid, malic acid); flavourings; thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); beetroot juice concentrate; calcium (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid); sweetener (sucralose); zinc (zinc oxide); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Recommended daily allowance:
90 g.
Usage:
Dissolve one serving (30 g - 2 teaspoons) in 200 ml of water or milk using a whisk or blender. Consume 3 servings per day.
On training days: 1st serving in the morning upon waking, 2nd serving up to 1.5 hours after training, and 3rd serving before bed.
On non-training days: 1st serving upon waking in the morning, 2nd serving between meals, and 3rd serving before bed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
