Whey protein concentrate (from milk) (94.7%); cocoa powder; flavourings (including milk); thickener - sodium carboxymethylcellulose; salt; emulsifier (lecithins); sweetener - sucralose.
Recommended daily allowance:
90 g
It is recommended to use:
Dissolve one serving of the product - 30 g in 200 ml of water or milk; use a whisk or mixer. Consume 3 servings per day.
On training days: 1st serving in the morning upon waking, 2nd serving within 1.5 hours after training, 3rd serving before bed.
On non-training days: 1st serving upon waking in the morning, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before bed.
