Usage:
Dissolve one serving (30 g - 1.5 teaspoons) in 200 ml of water or milk using a whisk or blender. Consume 3 servings per day.

On training days: 1 serving in the morning upon waking, 2nd serving up to 1.5 hours after training and 3rd serving before bed.

On non-training days:
