Color Rendering Index (CRI) is an indicator that shows how accurately a light source reproduces the colors of objects compared to natural daylight.

• The maximum value is 100 – this means that the colors look completely natural (like in sunlight).

• RA 92 means that the light source has very good color reproduction - colors will be true, bright, and without distortion.

💡 Usually:

• CRI < 70 – poor color reproduction (colors look dull, fake)

• CRI 80–89 – good (suitable for everyday lighting)

• CRI 90+ – professional level , suitable for photography, filmmaking, art or underwater photography , where color accuracy is very important.

So RA 92 means that OrcaTorch D910V provides near-daylight color reproduction – ideal for accurately reproducing the colors of fish, coral, and other objects underwater.
