The device is intended for outdoor leisure exercise, for children and adolescents over 140 cm tall.

A two-station device 2-in-one, because children like to play in groups the most. Children's gyms are, above all, great entertainment. As with other exercises on devices, the child learns new ways of moving his body.

How to use :

BIKE : Get into position on the seat. Before starting the exercise, firmly grip the handle. Lift your legs forward to engage the mechanism. Adjust the intensity of the exercise according to your abilities.

STEP : Grasp the handles, stand on the device and shift your weight from one foot to the other.

Exercise difficulty : Medium.
