The device is intended for outdoor leisure exercise for children and adolescents over 140 cm tall.

How to use:

BENCH : Lie face up on the bench, bend your knees and lean on the bottom step. Place your hands under your head. Raise your torso in the following order: head - hand - rest of your body. Finally, you can rotate your torso. Slowly lower your torso. Make full, smooth movements.

BACK BEND : Place your hips on the backrest facing down and press your feet against the lower bar. Cross your arms over your chest, slowly perform all the torso bends, then lift your body up.

Exercise difficulty: difficult.
