With the Tunturi resistance band set, you can build strength, especially in your core muscles (abdominals, back, buttocks, hips and pelvic area), increase endurance and flexibility. The set includes a band, an exercise bar, a door anchor (which easily turns any room into a workout space), a safety belt and a storage bag.
Asymmetrical training - This type of training focuses on asymmetrical and rotational movements. The advantage of this type of asymmetrical training, also known as unilateral training, is that both sides of the body can be trained separately. None of us are completely symmetrical. For example, when doing push-ups, the distribution of body weight on the arms is never exactly 50/50. Asymmetrical training is perfect for perfectly balancing all the muscles on both sides of the body.
