The lower part is made of reinforced 150D polyester, which is more resistant to damage. It has a lightweight core and a rectangular shape. Self-inflating mats

Instructions for use: Before use, remove all objects from the base under the mat that may damage its surface, open the valve and unfold the mat.

The REVERSE valve is opened by pulling and closed by pressing - see the valve usage description below. The inflation time depends on how it was stored before use. You can inflate the mat by mouth or with a special YATE pump (the pump will ensure that moist air, which is less insulating, does not enter the mat). Close the valve.

General information: Do not leave the inflated mat with the valve closed in direct sunlight and high temperatures (above 30 °C)! In such cases, you should always open the valve. If you use the mat at high temperatures, let some air out to reduce the pressure. This will prevent possible damage to the product. Do not expose to direct fire!

Protect from sharp objects. Protect from contact with chemically aggressive substances (acids, alkalis, solvents, repellents, oily creams and other substances) that may damage the product. Store the mat in a dry, clean and dry place. Clean with soap and water. Tolerances in thickness and weight may vary by 10%.
