The balance trainer consists of: an inflatable hemisphere and a hard plastic platform with a diameter of 60 cm. The trainer is designed to improve balance and proprioception and strengthen muscles. The trainer can be used with the platform placed on the floor or turned upside down to make balance exercises more difficult. The balance trainer is used for various exercises: standing on one or both feet, performing abdominal or back muscle strengthening exercises, push-ups and other balance training exercises.
