By attaching the barbell to the holder, the torso trainer is completed. One end of the holder fits into the Olympic weight hole, and the barbell bar fits into the other end of the holder. The free end of the bar is used to perform exercises. Exercises can be performed with an empty barbell or made more difficult by adding additional weights. Exercises are performed in one vertical plane. Additionally, you can purchase a specialized handle that fits onto the free end of the barbell. With the handle, you can perform a wider variety of exercises and it is much more convenient.

The barbell, handle and weights are purchased separately.
