Trec Vit. D3 + K2 (MK-7) is a vitamin combination specially designed for athletes. It contains an increased dose of vitamin D and is enriched with vitamin K2. Vitamin D3 is involved in regulating the amount of calcium and phosphorus in the body. When consumed in large quantities in its pure form, vitamin D3 can cause calcium deposits in soft tissues, such as the kidneys. If vitamin D3 is taken together with vitamin K2, such problems do not arise. Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from accumulating in unwanted places and transports it exactly where we need it - to the teeth and bones. At the same time, vitamin K2 removes excess calcium from our cardiovascular system and prevents it from calcifying.

Recommended daily intake:
1 capsule.

Method of administration:
Take 1 tablet with 300 ml of water, preferably after a main meal.
