Complex for women [SOLUGEL hydrolyzed collagen; L-carnitine tartrate; calcium salt of conjugated linolenic acid [80% CLA]; green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [55% ECGC]; sodium hyaluronate; coenzyme Q10]; capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); multivitamin complex [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid)]; maltodextrin; niacin (nicotinamide); vitamin E (Dl-alpha-falfatocoferyl acetate); pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); riboflavin; thiamine (thiamine mononitrate); vitamin A (retinyl acetate); folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); biotin (D-biotin); vitamin D (cholecalciferol); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Recommended daily allowance:

Usage:
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) with 300 ml of water twice a day, preferably with meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (800 mg per day). Do not exceed the daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
