Trec SAW is a highly concentrated pre-workout powder for professionals. SAW contains beta-alanine, caffeine, L-arginine and creatine.

Ingredients :
Ingredients: creatine monohydrate (76.4%), sodium citrate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

Recommended daily allowance:
Up to 10 g (2 teaspoons).

Method of administration:
Dissolve 5-10 g (1-2 measuring spoons) of powder in 200 ml of water. Consume 30 min. before physical activity. Start with 5 g (1 measuring spoon) and gradually increase to 10 g (2 measuring spoons).

Avoid taking with other caffeine-containing products! Do not take before bedtime!

WARNING! Do not exceed the daily allowance. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for use by children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use this product if you have circulatory problems or are sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol! A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product contains naringenin, which may affect the absorption of some medications and cause temporary metabolic changes. A single overdose of beta-alanine (more than 800 mg) may cause tingling and numbness. The product may contain allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.
