Fatty acids with food supplements TREC OMEGA 3 + D3 90 capsules

OMEGA 3 + D 3 - is a supplement with omega- 3 fatty acids and fish oil vitamin D, intended for endurance athletes, such as runners, swimmers and cyclists.
The omega- 3 fatty acids contained in the product are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Both acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart muscle. Consumption of omega 3 fatty acids also supports eye health. The vitamin D contained in this supplement supports the proper function of the immune system and muscles, and also helps maintain healthy bones.

Ingredients:
Fish oil [ 18 % EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), 12 % DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)]; capsule shell (gelatin; binding agent - glycerol); cholecalciferol (vitamin D 3 ).

Recommended daily allowance:
1 capsule.

It is recommended to use:
Take one serving - 1 capsule with 300 ml of water 1 a day, preferably during or immediately after a meal.
