How to use : Sit in a stable position (facing or with your back to the machine) and grasp the handles. Pull the handles towards your body and back until your elbows are almost straight. To vary the exercise, you can choose different body positions while holding the handles.

Powder coating with a zinc-rich primer guarantees long-term anti-corrosion protection.
