Train on the beach, in the forest or indoors - it's all possible with the Tunturi Pro suspension trainer. The set includes a variety of training equipment for training with your own body weight. For example, you can attach the equipment to a door, a tree or a barbell. Long main ropes with D-rings form the base, which you can add rings, handles or leg straps. You can easily lengthen or shorten the suspension trainer by attaching accessories to another D-ring. The included pulley allows for mobile suspension exercises.
