Ingredients:
 maltodextrin, capsule shell (shell - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), melatonin (0.2%).

Recommended daily dose:
 According to doctors' recommendations, a safe amount is 1 mg (1 capsule).

Usage:
 Take with 150-200 ml of water, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.
