This speed ladder is 4 meters long and is divided into 7 sections. The 8 plastic strips can be adjusted to your preference. Since you can set the distance between the steps yourself, a wide variety of exercises can be performed. The nylon cord has convenient eyelets at each end so that the ladder can be secured to the ground if necessary. VirtuFit Speed 4 meter ladder can be used both indoors and outdoors. The speed ladder comes with a convenient storage bag so that it can be stored safely and compactly after use.
With VirtuFit training ladders, your speed and coordination will improve. The small squares force you to move your legs quickly. This training activates the central nervous system. When you are forced to move quickly in a certain way, the impulse goes from the muscles to the nervous system and back again. The more often you do this, the more trained your nervous system will be and the faster you will be able to move.
