Rowing machine VIRTUFIT "450 ROWING MACHINE"

Not only is the transition between resistances almost silent, but the movement of the seat along the rails is also very quiet. This is because the seat is equipped with PU wheels. These wheels also ensure that the device is more stable and smoother than similar rowing machines. The rails are long enough to allow taller users to row well. The rowing machine is equipped with a Space Saver system, which makes the rowing machine easy and compact to store after use. When unfolded, the rowing machine measures 175 x 51.5 x 50 cm. When folded, this Space Saver is only 70 x 51.5 x 90 cm, after which the Row 450 can be easily moved using the transport wheels.

It is important to maintain good posture when rowing. Keep your back straight and lean forward slightly. Make sure your feet are securely fastened using the adjustable foot straps. Perform the rowing movements by pressing your feet into the secure, non-slip pedals and then moving your body backwards. You can easily change the load with the load adjustment knob. You can monitor your exercise on the display. Here you can see the time, the number of calories burned, the number of rowing strokes and the number of rowing strokes per minute. Challenge yourself, improve your results and achieve better fitness and more calories burned.
