Walking stick - CARBON 115 cm

Poles for support walking and Nordic walking. The fixed length of the pole guarantees 100% support and rebound and low weight. Thanks to the high-quality strap and handle, the poles fit perfectly in the hands, which increases safety, comfort and efficiency during Nordic walking. The cork handle part allows for comfortable holding.

Walking with poles exercises almost all of the muscles in your body. Walking is one of the healthiest exercises because it involves most of the body's muscles and, unlike running, is gentle on your knee joints. In addition, using poles provides proper upper body posture and arm exercises.

The poles are equipped with rubber covers that ensure good contact between the pole and the background. In soft ground, the covers can be removed. The rubber covers can be purchased new.

How to choose the right length of the pole: The arm with the pole should be at a right angle to the elbow.
