These 7 expanders in a set are presented on a functional stand so that you can quickly select the required strength. They are intended for use in strengthening the muscles of the fingers and hand, as well as for the prevention of blood circulation. A great tool for those who do sedentary mental work. Expanders are indispensable training equipment after hand injuries, for restoring functional activity.
Featuring aircraft-grade aluminum handles and reinforced stainless steel springs, these colorful metal expanders are designed to look as good as they perform. Diamond-etched matrix patterns on the handles ensure maximum grip during use, whether you're gently rehabilitating injuries or simply increasing your grip strength. The matte black anodized steel springs provide smooth, consistent resistance when squeezing and are rated as follows:
50 lbs and 100 lbs – for warming up and relaxing tight muscles or gentle rehabilitation after a hand or wrist injury
150 lbs and 200 lbs – for moderate strength training and/or late hand/wrist injury rehabilitation
250 lbs – elite level resistance and designed for experienced athletes and trainers
300 lbs and 350 lbs are very strong and extremely strong resistance levels; to compress the maximum possible forearm muscle/grip strength, we recommend intensive training with lower level models before attempting to close these two expanders.
The set comes in a quality gift box with a training guide that will help you maximize your training and rehabilitation results.
