The product is lemon and walnut flavored.

It is recommended to use:
Add 200 ml of water to one serving of the product - 70 g (2.5 tablespoons) and stir for 1-2 minutes until the product is completely dissolved. Then add water to 700 ml. Take twice a day, preferably during and immediately after exercise.
