No workout is the same with Flow Fitness Glider DCT2000i Crosstrainer . With no less than 24 programs, 16 resistance levels, and convenient control with a smart dial and hotkeys, this elliptical trainer meets the needs of almost every home exerciser. And what about the Bluetooth receiver, which allows you to connect the trainer device to your favorite workout apps? The possibilities are endless.

Natural approach


The DCT2000i comes in a black/gray color scheme, which makes this elliptical look cool. Of course, the DCT2000i also comes with handy accessories like non-slip pedals, transport wheels, and a tablet holder.

When it comes to posture, this elliptical trainer offers a lot of options. You place your hands on the handles with integrated heart rate sensors. These handles also have convenient hotkeys that allow you to adjust the resistance, for example. The pedals can be adjusted in 3 positions so that your legs move as naturally as possible during your workout.

Training opportunities


24 programs make this elliptical trainer with unlimited possibilities. The programs are divided as follows:

  • Condition 1 measurement

If you choose the manual program, you set the desired resistance yourself. It is divided into 16 levels, which you can set using the hotkeys on the handles or using the smart dial on the screen. With 18 kg of rotating mass, you don't have to worry about the workout being too easy, as the intensity level can be increased to a high level.

Screen


The backlit LCD screen displays key performance metrics such as time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. Below this screen you’ll find an impressive round button called the Smart Wheel. This rotary knob allows you to easily navigate between programs, resistance and various performance readings. The computer also has a USB port, a tablet holder and a Bluetooth receiver. The latter allows you to pair a Bluetooth chest strap with the DCT2000i. This ensures very accurate heart rate measurement. The Bluetooth connection also allows you to use your own training programs.

More options with apps


If you want to add more options to your workout, you can choose to connect your elliptical trainer to apps on your smartphone or tablet. Among others, you can use iConsole and Kinomap. This allows you to follow realistic routes on the screen and track all your training data in one overview.

Move with Kinomap


The Kinomap app provides a highly realistic live experience of existing and self-created routes. The resistance automatically increases when going uphill and decreases when going downhill. There are training videos with varying levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the target speed of the video or use the multiplayer mode to compete with friends. The screen shows how far you are in the video and how much distance you still have to cover. You can also easily connect Kinomap to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you can record all your training in one overview.

To use Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. iOS requires at least version 9.0.
