Train your reaction time
The speedball spinner is the connection between the boxing ball and the speedball platform. The pendulum ensures that the speedball moves smoothly when hitting. This provides an even more challenging workout. Hand-eye coordination, concentration, reaction and speed become even more important when you want to hit the ball in the right place and with the right force. Boxer training gives your body and mind a complete workout!
