Product description

Meet Flow Fitness Perform B3i Hometrainer. The B3i is the ideal trainer for people who train fanatically and very regularly. The device is robust and has a wide range of different training options. But did you know that this trainer is also suitable for rehabilitation and physiotherapy? Thanks to its low starting resistance and low entry, the B3i is accessible to everyone.

B3i home gym for intensive use

Sturdy and quiet
The trainer is sturdy and stable. Thanks to the 15 kg flywheel, stability during training is very high and you can train at full speed without any problems. Despite all the power, you will notice that the B3i is incredibly quiet. So you can easily train at home without disturbing others.

Seat and steering wheel
The seat of this semi-professional exercise bike is very comfortable and can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically. The handlebars are also height-adjustable and tiltable. The handlebars have contact sensors that show your heart rate and hotkeys for quick and easy navigation.

Accessories
The Perform B3i features a convenient water bottle holder under the handlebars, a tablet holder on the console, and non-slip pedals with adjustable straps and transport wheels for easy transport.

Train fanatically and recover calmly

Flow Fitness Perform B3i Hometrainer is a high-quality home trainer that is suitable for a very wide target group. We offer no less than 24 programs, so you will always find the right training program for you. You can choose from 3 heart rate-controlled programs, 1 power program and 4 user programs. The variety of resistance levels is also great. The starting resistance of 10 watts can be increased in 5-watt steps up to a maximum of 350 watts. That's 69 different resistance levels.

Due to its low starting resistance, very low input and high quality, Flow Fitness B3i is suitable for semi-professional purposes. This includes use in a physiotherapy practice or rehabilitation center.

Workouts with apps

If you want more than the standard B3i trainer program, choose to use training apps. The trainer has a Bluetooth receiver that allows you to easily connect a tablet or smartphone with training apps to the trainers. With apps such as Kinomap and iConsole, you can significantly expand your training options. For example, follow real-life routes on the screen of your tablet or smartphone and track all your training data in the apps.

The Bluetooth receiver is also required if you want to use the Bluetooth chest strap. With this chest strap, you can measure your heart rate even more accurately and you don't have to move your hands to the handlebar contact sensors. A Bluetooth chest strap is available separately.

The Kinomap app provides a highly realistic live experience of existing and self-created routes. The resistance automatically increases when going uphill and decreases when going downhill. There are training videos with varying levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the target speed of the video or use the multiplayer mode to compete with friends. The screen shows how far you are in the video and how much distance you still have to cover. You can also easily connect Kinomap to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you can record all your training in one overview.

To use Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. iOS requires at least version 9.0.

Please note: You can use Kinomap for free for the first 7 days, after which you can subscribe to a paid subscription.

Display and accessories

The LCD screen is mounted between the two handles of the trainer. This clear, backlit display will keep you informed about your performance, such as time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories, and heart rate. The console also features a USB port, tablet holder, and a convenient smart wheel for navigation.
