Trec Nutrition Casein 100 Creamy Vanilla is a slowly digesting, vanilla-flavored, micellar casein protein that is a high-protein dietary supplement. Micellar casein is an excellent source of protein, providing a longer protein absorption time. CASEIN 100 supplements the diet with protein, which helps to grow and maintain muscle mass.

Ingredients:
Micellar casein (from milk) (95.5%); natural cream flavor (0.6%) to give a vanilla cream flavor; sweetener - sucralose.

Method of administration:
Dissolve 1 serving of 30 g (1.5 teaspoons) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Consume 3 servings per day. On training days: 1st serving in the morning upon waking, 2nd serving within 1.5 hours after training, 3rd serving before bedtime. On rest days: 1st serving in the morning upon waking, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before bedtime.
