We would like to inform you that AMAYA rhythmic gymnastics hoops are joined using an internal aluminum part formed by a hot press. As the plastic cools, it shrinks even more, creating a stronger connection between the hoop and the aluminum part.
All FIG bows are made using this method. This is a requirement of FIG.
It is normal to see seams on both our and other brands of hoops, as all brands use the same connection system. This is not a problem, as gymnasts wrap their hoops with tape.
We tested the hoops with both pressure and aggressive exercises, and the seam holds up well. When used properly, the hoops will not fall apart.
